This year, the Hawthorne Street Fair coincides with Southeast Portland Sunday Parkways, a biking & walking loop on Portland streets connecting parks, neighborhoods, and the Street Fair! Sunday Parkways website. Hawthorne Blvd has covered bike-parking structures at 36th, 38th and 48th Avenues.
